Donate to the ReStore

We gratefully accept donations of new and gently used household items that are clean and in working order. Your donations are vital to the success of Habitat for Humanity Wellington Dufferin Guelph. Check out a list of items we accept below.

You can drop off your donation at the receiving doors at each of our three ReStores during our posted Donation Receiving hours.

We also offer a free pickup service!

Please note: Due to public health concerns related to COVID-19, and for your safety and the safety of our team, we are unable to enter a private residence in order to pick up your donation. (Exceptions may apply in order to provide our Kitchen Salvage service. See below.)

We ask that your donation be located in an area accessible to our team such as:
curb, garage, driveway, lobby, storage room, storage unit, warehouse, furniture showroom

To book our pickup service, please click “schedule your pickup” below, or send us an email at for more information.

While optional, we ask that you consider making a monetary donation upon completion of your successful pickup to help us cover the various costs involved in offering this free service.

Please note: Due to precautionary measures around COVID-19, please be aware that we are following proper health and safety measures during your Drop Off/Pick-Up/Kitchen Salvage visit,  in order to keep our donors, shoppers, staff, and volunteers safe.

Kitchen salvage exception: We endeavour to provide an excellent kitchen salvage service, and will do so under the following precautions: 1) There is no public health emergency order in place, 2) there is no identified illness, or exposure to illness, among the residents or contractors involved, and 3) the donor and any contractors/other individuals vacate the premises during the service being provided.
