Over $1,700 was raised on May 31st, a sunny Friday afternoon, to support Habitat for Humanity and according to Linda Bates, Chair of MFPM’s Habitat for Humanity Employee Committee, “I am extremely proud of our committee members, staff and volunteers for all the planning and organizing of this successful event.”
MF Property Management decided to make Habitat for Humanity Wellington Dufferin Guelph their charity of choice in 2013. According to MariaFinoro, President, “we believe that Habitat’s mission and vision are perfectly aligned with our corporate philosophy and we wish to support their efforts in every possible way to bring affordable homeownership to low income families in our communities.” Maria’s husband Michael has also been a dedicated volunteer on our build sites for several years. Habitat is fortunate to count on the help from this great company and staff!
Joining the multitude of visitors to the BBQ were some of MFPM’s suppliers, Nu Image, Barzotti Woodworking Ltd., R.O.B.I. Construction and Smith Valeriote Law Firm. RLB, RBC, and Cowan Inc. teams also dropped by to enjoy the food and conversation.
